Remembering when all I used to live off were coffee and ciggarettes. Oh how nice it used to be.
And so it begins again. From now on I’m not giving in. I’ve gained to much and it has made me miserable. I need to lose it all.

Trust me. At first they’ll seem understanding & will say that they’ll be there for support. But little by little, they’ll get tired of you starving yourself, destroying yourself. They’ll want you to get help but you’ll say “No.” (of course). You won’t even notice how detached you are from them until it’s too late. They’ll realize you’re too far gone & end it. & You’ll be stuck there with the remaining pieces.
This happened with my ex…. I think it’s happening again.
I’m getting hungry and my stomach is growling. Must get to sleep.
